31 Toidze Apartment

We really enjoyed staying here. The flat is in a quiet neighbourhood, a few minutes walk from several bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants, and the main spots to visit. The place is comfortable, very clean, basic amenities. The owner is always ready to help you and excellent communication. We highly recommend for all visitors coming to Tbilissi!

Excellent apartments for the living, which I managed to find after a long period of searching. A friendly hostess who lives next door and who is ready to help in any matter. Thank you very much for the possibility of an early check-in after our long trip. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay (dishes, Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning). The bed and sofa were comfortable. Nice yard. The apartment was fairly new and well maintained, which was important. The photo on the site corresponds to reality. Not far from metro and restaurants. Taxi in Tbilisi is not expensive and getting to any place was not a problem.

The apartments are in the old area, many people like it, but for us the area was a little sad (for us it was not a problem). To get to the house and apartments, you need to go down a steep staircase (this was not a problem for us either, but it might be important for someone).

The owner lady was super helpful and super friendly. I arrived late, around 1 AM. The owner was there and everything was ready for my stay. During the stay there were no issues, everything was quiet and comfortable.

Not something I didnt like, but with what I had a bit of issues. I was working remotely from the apartment, so Internet speed was important for me and the apartment had regular internet speed which was a bit slow for me. I had unlimited cellular internet plan, so, it was compensating.

Very convenient location - nearest shops are just a couple minutes away, and the city center is easily reachable by foot. The room is well furnished - several tables, chairs, large wardrobe, comfy bed. The host was very kind and helpful, and even helped with an earlier check-in. There is also a pretty and quite sociable cat living in the garden, who was well-behaved and didn't try to enter the house. Overall impression - definitely above expectations.
