A great choice of accommodation that really enhanced my experience in Tbilisi. I highly recommend this place. The place was clean, and the owners were kind, accommodating, and helpful. I was a little worried about the shower in the bathroom, but it didn’t disappoint at all. The location is amazing. It’s a 4-minute walk to a smaller downtown area where I found everything I needed, including the beautiful streets of this part of Tbilisi. My favorite place (Fabrika) is just a short walk away, where I could meet other people even as a solo traveler. The main city center is a bit further, but still within walking distance. Thank you

Właściciel jest bardzo cudowną osobą ❤️ Świetna lokalizacja obiektu, niedaleko stacji metra oraz około 15 minut pieszo od centrum. Wszystko podczas mojego pobytu było idealne, wszystko tak jak na zdjęciach, zero niezadowolenia czy problemów. Świetny stosunek ceny do jakości. Polecam każdemu 11/10!!! Dziękuję właścicielowi za gościnę!! ❤️

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place. The place was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. All amenities were provided, making our stay easy and enjoyable. Despite being in a convenient location, it was very quiet and peaceful. One of the highlights was the charming outdoor area. You can enjoy your morning coffee under the beautiful pomegranate tree at a lovely table handcrafted by the owner, which adds a very special touch to the property. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent—situated on a quiet lane, yet just a short walk from the lively area filled with shops, cafés, and restaurants. It’s also only about 7 minutes from Marjanishvili, making it a great base for exploring the city.

Absolutely great place to stay considering furnishings of the place, accommodation, locality, price. Owners are marvellous, very kind, welcoming and helpful. You enter the place through their yard so still can have a small chat. Th accommodation itself is totally new, everything necessary for everyday’s life is there. Thank you very much!
