Relaxing couple’s break.

Within walking distance of the town where there’s a good selection of places to eat. Hot tub was fantastic.

Basic amenities like milk (for tea), shampoo and conditioner were not provided. Hot tub area felt a little exposed (due to a public towpath running directly behind the property).

Amazing, we will be back!

We really enjoyed the hot tub and the scenery around the chalet was great. A 15 minute peaceful walk from the chalet to the town was very convenient.

Perfect and cosy accommodation

Very clean, cosy, lovely decorated, had everything that we needed microwave was handy and had a fan to keep cool throughout the stay. The hot tub was amazing and the wee coffee shed was nice in the morning time. The bed was very comfy. Hairdryer and mirror was good in the school desk. Lovely walk and views in surrounding area. Highly recommend this and personally can't wait to return some day.

The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable in the mid section personally but our child was comfortable on it. Would be good to have ice cude trays but wasn't a big issue.

Perfect getaway, no complaints!

Stayed for my partners birthday and we had the best time here! Very relaxing, cabin was spacious, modern and clean. Loved the hot tub and that you can park right outside of the door! Nice little touch with the bath robes for getting out of the hot tub or after the shower. Will definitely be back again, highly recommend- thank you so much☺️

The stay was perfect. We couldn’t fault a thing about the property, it had all the home comforts

The property was very clean and very comfortable, upon check in at 3pm the heating was on ensuring it was warm and cosy on arrival. It was in a quiet private setting and had tea/coffee and milk available and also information for local shops, pubs and restaurants. The hot tub was very clean and had clean fresh towels available. There was a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave which were also very clean and Wi-Fi and Tv with plenty of channels with Netflix and YouTube. My partner and I couldn’t fault a thing. It was a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back to stay again and would highly recommend for anyone else who thinks about coming here.

Honestly it was the perfect getaway. Only downside was probably the price at £252 for one night which is a bit steep considering we have a family holiday booked in Portugal for £670 for 7 days. You definitely get your moneys worth with this property but staying that the price could’ve been a bit more reasonable for one nights stay. But again we couldn’t fault a thing within the property itself which was excellent.

Bright and open space. Next to a lovely river walk. Close to the town/village for food and drinks. The hot tub was a real treat in the evening.

Everything was very good. I liked the interior style. Very calm place. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. Couldn’t turn on the jacuzzi lights. Didn’t stay outside a lot because all the time bees were attacking.would be great to have broom.

Very disappointing

Hot tub was freezing. Hard to get through to staff, only way of contact was through email. Very disappointing. Hot tub was turned off at 11 and not on again until 9:30 but by 9:30 the hot tub had gone cold so was not useable as a hot tub facility

We had the most lovely family time away and wish it lasted longer! Kids were sad to leave!

So much to like - newness, location, views, warmth - we had an Amazing time! Towels were soft and beds comfy! Hot tub lovely although the cut off at 1130 is early and then it hasn’t properly heated at 930 am and the kids wanted to get as much use out of it understandably as possible! My kids are older!

These were only small things that someone might pull you on! The floor was not clean and the fridge door shelves were dirty! There seems to be a leak somewhere as we had to mop up the floor at the sink twice! There was no dustpan & so I couldn’t even brush up myself! Also the provision of even a j cloth to help with wiping around the sink would be good! I had brought my own thankfully!

Nice place for a one night stay but no privacy in hot tub and awake all night due to green light.

The place was modern, clean and had all the basics needed for a one night stay. It was in walking distance to the nearby town. Had a nice river walk and view. Amazing shower- fantastic bathroom!

No privacy from the hot tub area- although a sheer curtain was up, many walkers by still stared up. This was uncomfortable. Green light in the kitchen/living area kept me awake all night. Black out blinds so it was dark but this light was very irritating. No robes. Towels provided but robes and possibly slippers to go to and from the hot tub would have been nice.

would be good to have access to bath robes and slippers. and maybe a welcome pack as the tea, coffee provided was extremely minimal.
