Stunningly stylish and creative decor and layout, spotlessly clean, spacious and perfect, central location, ideal for Ballymena shops and as a base for exploring the area.

Nothing at all really. Parking is a little tricky but perfectly understandable for a town centre location, and the situation was made clear in the listing. We found a free car park only 100 yds or so away so worked fine for us. Free on-street parking available until 9:30am which is plenty of time to get organised and off the day.

Comfortable, central, beautifully styled

Had a fabulous, comfortable stay at The Upper Room. Nice and central, grocery store around the corner, mall just to the right and a lovely cafe next door which I had breakfast in each morning. Beautifully furnished, comfortable bed and has great facilities. Host was lovely and welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Ballymena!

With a few exception our stay at the Upper Room was very nice.

On a couple of occasions the shower would not work. The kitchen counter only has two electric sockets for the microwave, toaster and kettle so always shifting plugs. A spare key should be provided since the main entrance is through the hair salon and there is no doorbell at the main door to signal somebody is at the front door.

Fantastic location, clean and great to have some essentials available to use eg. kitchen roll, fairy liquid, cooking oil, salt, pepper etc. Beautiful property

For four adults, more towels would have been good. We only had 4 small towels for showering and one small hand towel for six days.

It was just like the pictures, no surprises, clean and spacious. Great location, recommend stopping by the bar down the street, people were friendly everywhere.

The upper room photographs offer a very good display of the property, when walking in, it still gives you a wow moment.

As it's on a busy shopping street into the tower centre expect some noise in the morning if you like to have an extended lie in.

I would recommend to anyone or couples wanting to stay in Ballymena, that they look here first. A1!

The location of the place was great. With a supermarket just 2 minutes walk away and a shopping mall with all that you needed right next door, it was just right for what we needed. Although the car parking was in a parking precinct right next door, this still made it easy for us, and we knew things were reasonably secure.

The weather was the only downfall, and our hosts couldn't do anything about that. It was so hot that often times we had to go early in the morning, or wait until late afternoon to do things. As for the accommodations, no issues at all!

5 night family break.

The apartment was perfect for us. Spotlessly clean, everything advertised was provided (towels, linens, etc) and more. The host was very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic for us. The perfect base to get to Belfast, the northern coast and more. We'd highly recommend the massage chair. It was a great way to wind down at the end of the day.

The Apartment was located centrally within the town with access to shops and coffee etc right on the the door step. Claire's attention to detail can be seen through out the house. The massage chair was very welcoming after a tough day on the golf course. Could not recommend this place enough. 5 🌟

La cocina estaba muy bien equipada, tanto de electrodomésticos como todos los ingredientes básicos para cocinar, tenía lavadora-secadora y el apartamento con la decoración tenía mucha personalidad. El ventanal del salón precioso. El apartamento bastante silencioso. La ubicación está bien si quieres visitar el norte de Irlanda como punto de conexión cerca de todo.

La entrada está dentro de una peluquería y la puerta entre la peluquería y el apartamento no cerraba con tranco. La peluquería no abrió ningún día pero habría estado bien poder cerrar la puerta principal. Las camas no eran nada cómodas, te hundias totalmente. El dormitorio de arriba es extremadamente pequeño y entraba toda la luz desde las 5a.m. que amanecia. La ducha es estilo inglesa unas instrucciones estarían genial y la ventana no se abría. El nórdico en la cama era demasiado calor para dormir. La distribución de la casa es extraña. Solo un aseo (váter y ducha) en el piso de arriba.
