The best in Langebaan!

Exceptional value for money, the peaceful environment, the pool and the outside deck is an amazing place to just unwind and relax. Not forgetting the upstairs deck and the lagoon which was literally less than 100m away!

Was abit windy but didnt bother us as we were shielded on the deck from the wind

Beautiful house and great location

Loved the house overall, especially the location as it's near the centre as well as walking distance to the beach. House comes equipped with everything you could possibly need, you only need to bring your own food

Cleanliness could be better. En suite in main bathroom does not have a door so no privacy when showering

Comfortable and convenience at MosselRivier

The location of MosselRivier is ideal, 2 blocks from the main center of Langebaan and a block away from the beach. The house is big with plenty of space not to get in each other's way. It was lovely having the washing machine and dishwasher, with detergent.

The water at the kitchen sink was only luke warm, but was fine in the bathrooms. Nothing a boiled kettle couldn't sort to wash the few dishes that didn't go into the dishwasher.

Fantastic Beach House

So many positives to write about this lovely beach house, it's very much recommended: - Quick and easy check-in and check-out. Josephine is happy to answer any questions - House is fully equipped with all cutlery/pots and applicances (including dishwasher/oven/microwave/fridge/freezer) - Has outdoor braai and indoor fireplace - Has a lovely balcony and table tennis set-up - Spacious kitchen with gas stoves - Has books to read and wifi - Had a middle safety gate to separate bedrooms from rest of the house - Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach (and shops also close by) - Owner is quick to respond to any queries - Lovely pool and outdoor table to enjoy breakfast - House is plenty spacious, with 4 bedrooms downstairs and upstairs section to relax - Beds are amazingly comfortable with plenty of pillows - Double garage and nice garden as well Will definitely look forward to booking here again. No complaints. The owner has really put much effort into making your stay as perfect as possible

Would be nice if the bathrooms had keys. Would have also liked an additional gate remote, although there was an extra set of keys

Exceptional

Lovely & spacious, very close to the beach and if the wind was too strong the pool was fantastic. Many dining options with a fully equipped kitchen. Gas stove perfect for loadshedding. Josephine was warm and welcoming. The owners were very communitative and welcomed our dogs. Within walking distance to the hub and bustle of Langebaan but also very tranquil. Will definitely book again.

A holiday home away from home.

A very beautiful, spacious holiday home with ample accommodation. Fantastic location being walking distance from the beach and nearby restaurants. For the windy days (and non kitesurfers) they have a fantastic swimming pool and outer deck to relax and recharge. Highly recommended.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut; der Strand ist in weniger als fünf Minuten erreichbar, Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten. Großzügige Ausstattung, viel Platz, gute Betten. Der Pool reicht zum Erfrischen und einen Parkplatz für das Auto gibt es auch. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig ausreichend. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber!
