1. Refused my request to check in one hour earlier 2. Delayed my check in for two hours because the room was not cleaned yet. 3. Because I complained about the delay in checking in, the room was not cleaned properly 4. The sofa bed was covered by the linens to cover the dirtiest areas 5. Some mugs had lipstick, not cleaned at all 6. The guy was very uncooperative, but still looking for tips 7. His supervisor/ manager, talked to me, apologized and promised to come and check if the room is ready, she didn’t come 8. At check out, they sent me a Whatsapp message, reminding me to leave at 11:00, although I asked for two hours more, if you are so strict about checking out, why weren’t you this strict in checking in 9. “This is a residence, not a hotel” was the answer to any request. 10. I asked for help to get rid of the garbage, the guy told me he will ask the receptionist to help. Next day, the security guy came to till me that I have to get rid of it myself. 11. In the check out day, a guy from the housekeeping was standing in front of the door at 09:30, waiting for me to check out
