The apartment had everything I needed for a long stay: full kitchen with all appliances and a washer for clothes. I was lucky to have a huge terrace just for myself, I was located on the ground floor. Wifi worked very well, really nice hot shower, the AC worked perfect, no noise at all, very comfy bed with nice blankets. The unit comes exactly as pictures, decorated in a very tasteful way , and kitchen looked new. I already stayed before in that location, last time I was on the second floor which had a second bedroom. This unit only has one bedroom but a huge patio. I totally recommend ! The neighborhood is for locals only, you won’t see tourists. Very thoughtful of them to leave toilet paper, kitchen towels, salt, pepper, hand soap and even washing machine pods. Move-in ready

Everything was good , no complaints

Location and cleanliness also very quiet and big yard. I rented for a month and unfortunately I had to leave 11 days early.

I had to ask for extra linen and towels. Even with a washing machine in house a second set is needed while the other is air drying since there is no dryer in the apartment.

Хорошее расположение: возле метро, рядом Меркадона, есть пара кафе. Квартира чистая, есть все для проживания.

Роботизированные ответы, безличное отношение к клиенту, формальные ответы. Вай-фай работал с перебоями, видеоконференции прерывались. Не предусматривается второй комплект постельного белья, при длительном проживании это странно.

Cheiro do banheiro . O encanamento tinha cheiro forte, era incômodo. Na cozinha faltavam utensílios, como por exemplo, forma para o forno. Levando em consideração que é uma estadia para no mínimo um mês. O aspirador de pó, estava com o reservatório cheio de sujeira e faltava higienização do aparelho, e tivemos nós mesmos essa missão, pq tínhamos que limpar a casa. O sofá e almofadas estavam com poeira
