Ground floor studio near the Sagrada Familia. The best thing about this apartment is the location, it's really good.
It is located between Sagrada Familia and Arc de Triomf, in the Fort Pienc area.
The studio has 1 double sofa bed (in the living room) and 1 single bed (in the kitchen), the apartment's capacity is up to 3 people. There is a kitchen and 1 full bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, free WIFI and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, hob and microwave) and kitchen utensils. Towels, sheets, iron and hair dryer are included.
Please note that the apartment is small (30m2) and is located on the ground floor with an interior courtyard.

Amazing, practical and clean apartment just walking distance from Grand Via (Barcelona main street that connects virtual everything in the city) amd just a few block away from Sagrada Familia. It can't get any better!

Location was great, you are right on the other side of the block of the Monumental metro station. The apartment did the job.
The bathroom and floors were a bit dirty, and there werent enough blankets. Further, this woman barged in five minutes before check out and demanded we leave. Was kind of weird

Small flat, with no terrace in fact (1square meter between four walls) and no sunlight because there is no window but one deserving the "terrace". Good to sleep only. Noisy when they clean the stairs at 5 AM and use the sink situated just behind an small window (that window provides no light because the flat is below the ground) for nearly half an hour. You're nearly directly in the street as the door is thin and the entry door of the building is in glas. The single beds are good. The double bed is noisy when someone turns on itself. Fortunately, we were tired because of our day visiting the city, and thus we slept easily. I recommand it if your only goal is to sleep in it. Don't imagine spending time in this appartment.

Firstly good points :Close to monumental so walking distance to Sagrada Familia, easy for metro, bus & trams. Some helpful information leaflets, generally clean Bad oint: Check in we had an automated check in pick up the keys the other side of barcelona the safe key box is at aparteasy office and not by the apartment, two ubers later and best part of 40 this was not communicated beforehand we were told as long as arrive by 9 then someone would meet us there just whatapp 30 mins before which we arrived by 7.45pm into airport , very disapointing when your traveling with a child.Booked for 3 people only 2 sets of towels contacted aparteasy finally got another set of towels the afternoon before we checked out not really good enough tbh. Sofabed very uncomfortable , make no mistake this is a tiny studio and the glass door to the bathroom means you hear everytime someone uses the bathroom. It also had damp musty smells , its in the basement so expect it to be dark no natural light. The cleaners we assumed for the block running water right putside at 06.30am wasnt great either tbh but did only happen once , theres also mould on the ceiling in the bathroom and it cul definately do with an extractor fan in the bathroom. TV was also missing and said it had one in the listing.the outside area is definately not a terrave just a small area you could hang washing .All in all I wouldn't recomend this studio its extremly small and lots wrong however it is well situated
