Attic Apartment 468 Sagrada Familia

Great location

No coffee or creamer

The apartment is central and very close to the Metro and Segrada Familia. Restaurants and cafes are in walking distance. The apartment is spacious and the double bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The view from the upper terrace, especially at night was wonderful. Use of laundry facilities in the apartment were great. The bathroom is a good size and the shower was good.

While the apartment is spacious there are lots of steps within which could be inconvenient to someone with limited mobility or when walking around the apartment at night. Steps up to the bedroom were narrow and steep and the room is tiny. Steps to the upper terrace were very steep although the view was worth the climb. The person who met us with the keys stayed a matter of moments and was clearly in a rush to go. We were not given details of how to work the airconditioning system or shown the upper terrace. A sticker is required for the patio door as it is easy to walk into it! The lift is incredibly small and the steps to the fourth floor/attic apartment are steep too.

Location and the terrace with the view of the Sagrada Família, which lights up at 9 pm.

The bedroom could have air conditioner as well, it gets warm.

Location: safe, close to the metro station, nice and calm neighborhood

The host demanded 20 euros por late check in (our flight was delayed and arrived at 22h30). I understand that there maybe be late fee, however i consider 20 euros excessive; if i had known before maybe i would have chosen another place, better located versus the 20 euros difference; other than that the place was fine, not excellent in any parameters but sufficient for the purpose
