Within walking distance of the Congrés (L5) and La Sagrera (L1 + L5) metro stops → 10–20 minutes to the city center. It’s a 10-minute ride to the Sagrada Familia and 15 minutes to Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya.
Located in a safe, child-friendly neighborhood with local cafes, supermarkets, and parks
Quiet at night—away from tourist crowds, yet with easy access to theaters, tourist attractions, restaurants, and all the city’s amenities.
