Giorgio nous a vraiment bien accueilli! C’est une personne très chaleureuse et il a fait l’effort de parler français avec nous! Il est venu nous dépanner très rapidement suite à un soucis de clim. Il a été arrangeant pour le Check-out. C’est une très bonne personne. L’emplacement est pas mal. A 5 minutes à pied d’une plage et à 20 minutes de voiture du centre de Olbia. Le parking sécurisé et privé est un bon point.
Le ménage laisse pas mal à désirer… draps tachés (et à payer en supplément), traces de rouge à lèvre sur les verres, murs qui s’effritent, salle de bain humide. Bref c’est passable mais c’est très loin d’être nickel. Le jardin est très humide, pas très agréable malgré les 28° dehors. On entend beaucoup les voisins! Attention il n’y a pas de wifi.
