the location is very nice and it is relatively cheap. the cheapest you get, although the price is too high if there is no kitchen.
there is no kitchen! the downstairs toilet does not flush and the walls are so thin, you can hear everything troughout the night.

Very quiet and clean, free parking in front. Very nice cafe pasticeria called Tiramisu near the room. Good communication with the owner through Whatsapp. Easy to find.
The lady nocked at our door at 10.30pm to take a tourist tax. We suggest you to put the money for the tax in the key box upon arrival, not when you leave. It would be nice to have a kettler.

Easy self check in. The rest... OMG.
Nothing justifies the price asked for such a small and uncomfortable room in a house with a shared bath and not very well located. Only greed. This is not the kind of reviews I like to leave on Booking, but maybe it can help the next guest. Also, found a cockroach in the shared toilet.
