We absolutely LOVED staying at this flat in Olbia — honestly, if you’re even thinking about booking it, just do it. You will not regret it.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt above and beyond. They even let us check in at 10am when we landed from JFK, which was a lifesaver after a long flight. That kind of flexibility immediately set the tone for how welcoming and thoughtful the whole experience would be.
Inside, we were greeted with a chilled bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us — such a perfect “welcome to Sardinia” moment — and a free Sardinia tote bag that felt like such a generous and personal gift. Little touches like that made it feel so special, not just like a rental.
The flat itself was spotless. And I mean spotless. Everything felt fresh, modern, and clearly cared for with pride. The gated, secure parking was another huge plus — super easy and gave total peace of mind.
The location is ideal too: a quiet, pleasant neighborhood but still close enough to everything you need. It felt like the perfect base for exploring Olbia and the beaches nearby.
And the beach extras? Brilliant. Having a cooler, beach blanket, and umbrella provided made our beach days so much easier and honestly way more fun — we didn’t have to think about a thing.
Even check-out was flexible and stress-free, which made the end of the trip feel relaxed instead of rushed.
This place is exactly what you hope for when booking a holiday stay: thoughtful, generous, spotless, and genuinely welcoming. We would stay here again in a heartbeat — and you absolutely should too.

Very clean. It has everything we needed. Convenient. Close enough to Olbia town.
Duvet is very very thin but it’s hot here so it’s like that everywhere I guess.
