Un appartement très bien situé avec une vue magnifique et un accès à la plage à pied.
Appartement très vieillissant, très mal isolé, on entendait les voisins parler. Literie peu confortable, climatisation uniquement dans le salon et qui ne se règle pas, salle de bain dans son jus.

A localização maravilhosa, em um condomínio tranquilo com uma praia quase privativa
Local precisa ser melhorado para ser alugado no Airbnb. Box no banheiro pequeno com uma cortina plástica suja, jardim com mato crescendo, cozinha sem micro ondas ou algum tipo de forno, ausência de roupa de cama para noite que faça algum frio, falta de pano de chão, falta de panos na cozinha para uso geral. A cama de casal também precisa melhorar.

Authentic apt, close to a nice beach with great view from terrace. Good location between Olbia and Golfo Aranci (car needed).
Extra costs for bed sheets, towels and even wifi or tv. Airconditioning in living room only, not sufficient to influence bedroom temperature. Not enough warm water for shower for 3 people, despite 5 beds. Communication with pushy host only in Italian. We did a great tour of sardinia, and this was the only location that underdelivered, just felt outdated.. Maybe better for family that stays more than 2 nights, and not during peak summer?
