Cama muy cómoda y bien equipada( ropa adicional en caso de necesidad ).Baño con calefacción ,buena ducha, bien equipado. Wifi y TV buenos. Paradero de buses frente al departamento.( informarse de los buses y como pagar en Italia)
Ubicación lejos del centro ,zona no turística. Segunda noche pasamos algo de frío,no funcionaba una calefacción de la habitación (invierno 2026) Cocina faltó calentador de agua.

Location fonctionnelle confortable (assez neuve avec machine à laver le linge, climatisation...) Assez proche de la gare (15 minutes à pied) pour prendre le train et visiter les villes autour de Bologne.
Pas d'accueil, pour récupérer le code du coffre contenant la clé, j'ai du téléphoner, loin du centre historique (35 minutes à pied) et à 15 minutes gare dans un quartier sans interêt. Pas de chambre indépendante dans la location.
