This lovely studio guesthouse is located in the secure gated community of Tan-Tar-A Estates at mile marker 26 and is perfect for those who prefer a more private, spacious and calm environment over the typical hotel.
Included is private off-street parking and full access to 2 community pools, one of which is just up the road at the end of the street.
Features include a full living room sitting area, 2 Queen size beds, one bathroom, breakfast counter with partial lake view, a microwave and a fridge.
As a guest you can enjoy quiet peaceful walks and cool off, relax and play in either of the 2 community pools located within the estates.
When you're ready to venture out of the estates and explore the endless things lake has to offer, you're only minutes from the heart of beautiful Osage Beach, where you will find a huge variety of restaurants, shopping centers, entertainment and attractions.
Guests are also welcome to visit, shop, explore and dine at the new Margaritaville Resort. The resort offers golf, a spa, a number of outdoor pools, a quaint shopping village and a number of restaurants as well as family fun activities such as horseback riding, a bowling alley, arcade and indoor water park and can be conveniently accessed from the estates.
*Access is allowed in all resort public areas, such as their main lounge, some outdoor seating areas and decks, all restaurants and the Land Shark Bar and Grill with pool.
