Overall our stay was good. Sharon was very communicative and quick to respond. We had a group of 8. The house is supposed to sleep 8 but that’s only if you have 4 couples. There’s not actually enough beds/couches to sleep 8 people. The house had exactly 8 bath towels which was not ideal, not enough wash cloths or hand towels and not a single beach towel. Given this is a lake house you should have beach towels. There also were not additional plates, bowels, silverware etc. we had to wash dishes every time we wanted to eat. The house only had 3 mirrors (2 baths, 1 bedroom). Not ideal for a large group sharing 2 bathrooms and trying to get ready. The check in/checkout times are unreasonable. Iv never had an Airbnb that you couldn’t check in by at least noon. Highly recommend changing that. Also the listing said we had access to the margaritaville amenities but were told we weren’t allowed to use those facilities once we arrived. The deck, hot tub and lake view were our favorite parts of this house. Overall we had a great time but would need to come back with a smaller group in the future.
