Location is very nice. close to the action and also 2 private pools if you want to just relax

Unit had not been cleaned at all upon our arrival. Beds were not made. Food on the kitchen floor, bedroom floors and living room floor. Had live spiders and centipede in shower in bunk bed area. Hair was collected in the corner of the shower. Also dead bugs on floor in living room and master bedroom. Honestly thought about packing up and driving 4 hours back home it was that bad. I spent the first 2 hour after arrival working with contact info to get things straightened out. They did offer to come back the following morning and give the unit a good cleaning. They arrived with a crew of 2 at 8am which hampered the grandkids sleeping as they vacuumed the unit. The kids slept on the couch as the beds were filthy upon arrival. Not a good start to our getaway. But they did come and clean the unit so thats a good thing.
