About this villa rental
Villa Alete is located in an area called the Valdinevole, as yet unruined by mass tourism, and presenting all the characteristic natural and artistic aspects of the Tuscan countryside.
This independent villa, built in the second half of the 18th century, is the centre of a property of over 18 acres of woods and olive groves. Quiet place away from the chaos of the cities but with easy reached the symbolic Tuscan landmarks can within an hour and a half by car. Montecatini Terme (5 km) is 50 min. to Pisa and 50 min. to Florence by train Monsummano Terme (2 km), Pistoia.
The villa is composed of two floors with intermediate floor.
Ground floor: dining room for 8 pax; lounge room with antique fire place, sofas, table. Well equipped kitchen; a bathroom with Jacuzzi shower; main kitchen with table, fireplace and pizza oven, lounge room with two divans and double faced fireplace leading with table for 16, TV room with sofabed for 2 pax, armchair, billiard room; second downstairs bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, small laundry.
Second floor: double bedroom and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower, other double bedroom with and ensuite with Jacuzzi shower; other double bedroom and ensuite with Jacuzzi shower; double bedroom with Jacuzzi shower; balcony reached by a spiral staircase with single bed; triple bedroom with 3 single beds; other bedroom with single bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers; bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower, shared by the bedroom with 3 single beds and the small room.
Also, for our guests, there are garden furniture and amazing infinity pool 6x12mt. and depth of 1.40mt. and opening 16 April, closing 15 October (weather depends).
The villa is approx large 500 sqm and we have available 7 bedrooms (6 bedrooms and 1 single bed) and 7 bathrooms for 15 pax (max 19 people on demand).
Winter accommodation
Villa Alete is perfectly dividable into two separate houses with separate services and comforts outside and inside. In fact in the beginning, in the late XVIII century, two families used to live there.
The 2 houses are totally indipendent because: outside they have different automatic entrance gates and parking areas.
The garden is all open but each part of the Villa looks onto its own area.
Inside an iron door can separate the 2 houses. Each house has its own equipped kitchen, washing machine, dish washing machine, satellite TV etc.
