Lovely helpful staff

Extremely welcoming friendly and helpful owner who kindly organised the room so we could check-in early as the weather was vile. Good kitchen and bathroom and fantastic views from the balcony.

The bedroom was rather small. The whole apartment was extremely dark and the lighting inadequate to make up for the lack of natural light. A few things missing like a hairdryer. Also for those staying longer, a washing machine, even a shared one, would be awesome. Be prepared for a very windy narrow road. The location is well away from any town or facilities but this is both a positive and a drawback depending on what you are wanting.

Amazing facility, especially considering the price. We had a lovely balcony with an amazing view of the mountains and waterfalls. The owner was helpful from start to finish with lots of recommendations and always ready for a chat.

Bang for buck at Haus Grübl

The location was amazing, a personal waterfall five meters removed from the front door and sight of the Krimmler. Richard is a lovely guy with insight info into great hiking trails. Rooms were clean and straightforward. Breakfast was nice and simple. We would definitely go again.

An electrical outlet to each side of the bed would be ideal. We only had 1 on the right side.

The location of haus Grubl is perfect. the views are also spectacular. amazing hosts. I would 100% stay again. make sure to open your window at night for the beautiful sounds of the waterfall

Super schoon, heerlijke bedden met lekkere donzen dekbedden, een handige ruimte voor ski’s en snowboard incl. ski-schoenen-droog rek, maar vooral het persoonlijke contact met Wilfred (en Ad).

We zijn gewend om in Königsleiten zelf te verblijven, waar alles op loopafstand is. Dus dat we nu altijd met de auto naar de piste en/of restaurants moesten rijden was voor ons een nadeel. Maar dit wisten we van te voren en was op zich prima te doen.

Wilbert was een zeer gastvrije en enthousiaste, gezellige gastheer. Hij was behulpzaam en het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. De kamer was prima en schoon. Zeker een aanrader voor toekomstige gasten.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, tolle Ausstattung des Appartements mit liebevoller Führung/Gästeservice

Toller Empfang und immer freundlicher Service, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind genial, direkte Busverbindung und das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das warme Wasser beim Duschen und die Fußbodenheizung waren hervorragend nach einem langen Tag im Schnee.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Apartment im Haus Grübl! Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und komfortabel – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber, der außerordentlich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit war. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr weiterempfehlen und würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen!

Uitstekend en prachtig appartement aan rustige weg met uitzicht op de bergen. Droomplek!

De rustige locatie, het schitterende uitzicht op de bergen, schoon en het goed verzorgde appartement met ruim balkon. Zeer gastvrije ontvangst door de vriendelijke gastheer. Dicht bij Krimml watervallen, veel mogelijkheden tot wandelingen in de bergen en leuke dorpjes in de buurt.

Heerlijk en schoon appartement, vlakbij mooi skigebied

Heerlijk schoon appartement op zo’n 10 minuten afstand van het skigebied Konigsleiten/Gerlos en van Bramberg. Eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Appartement ziet er zeer netjes uit en is van alle gemakken voorzien met een lekker balkon.
