We loved the deck! Downstairs was great as a game room/tv. Nice little enclosed yard for our Rottie. Hot tub a plus. Ocean view, lots of light, just terrific all around!
We missed not having a grill to cook on outside but very minor issue.

The house was beautiful and so comfortable. The backyard was fully enclosed and safe for our dog. She loved the doggy door and being able to roam freely. We loved the few and the area of the house.

We liked the hiking trail to the beach, but not flat and not for those who need to always hold on to travel on uneven ground, and there are steep cliff areas, hikers take caution with those who need the extra care. We liked the two levels of the home and the HOT TUB!! We liked the retro nostalgia touches in the home, but would LOVE to see the upstairs room swapped out for a King in one room!! We would also like to see a more comfortable couch w/recliners and bigger TV for those watching TV upstairs while taking in the view too! :)
No King in one of the rooms. No blackout curtains for sleeping in. No dishwasher detergent for guests. Not comfy or reclining seating and bigger TV for upper living room entertainment area. Not a locking internal door to garage.
