Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home has a 2-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

We thought this was a nice place, enjoyed the hot tub, and short walk to the beach. Communications with the hosts excellent!!There were only a few suggestions we have thought of to improve guest stay. -Better shades or curtains in bedrooms-we like it darker when sleeping. -There were no spices other than salt & pepper, so guests should be advised to bring their own. -Difficult to clean yard (we have dogs) due to long grass. -And finally, there are boards with nails sticking out lying behind the garage, and with 2 dogs and a toddler safety is a concern with that. (Would also be nice to have a complete fence in back).

So wonderful thank you so much even though all I did was sleep and cook there it was so cozy and had everything we needed. Wish we got to use the hot tub but we were so wiped out after work
