VILLA MELYNA Private Heated Pool

The villa is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has everything you could need. The shaded area in the garden is perfect for chilling out in the sun without getting too much sun.

The villa has been updated since the pictures were taken and there are no longer any baths - we had 2 children under 2 years old with us so this wasn’t ideal. The villa is described as family orientated but it’s not very child friendly for young children - the stairs are very dangerous and there are no doors between rooms so you need to follow them back and forth to avoid any accidents on the stairs. We loved the villa but wouldn’t recommend going with young children.

Nothing to dislike, would recommend hiring a car as quite a steep hill to walk up especially with groceries!

The villa is excellent, great facilities and everything you need for a quiet day in the pool or dining in the evening. Sea views from the front bedrooms and mountain views from the main bedroom. We were met on arrival, shown round the facilities and told if we had an issues to contact the person at any time, which is reassuring. The villa is nice and clean, well equipped and sits in a quiet cul-de-sac. It does sit at the very rear of the estate. so it is up hill all the way home after a day out, its not a complaint, its a great way of burning off all the extra calories consumed at the local restaurants and bars. Loads to do nearby with small supermarkets and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk, 25-30 mins walk will take you to the beach front and everything that can be found along the shore. I would definitely recommend it for families.

Would have liked a few more bathroom towels, though there was a washing machine. Did have to keep bathroom doors closed as there would be the occasional drain smell.
