The location of this contemporary gem could not be better, with a selection of shops, restaurants and a large supermarket just a few minutes walk away, whilst the stunning Fanabe beach and resort centre of Costa Adeje can be reached in a 15-minute stroll.
Please note, an internal staircase leads to the garage on the lower ground floor. Access to the bedroom, shower room and utility is off the garage.
