The property is located in a very popular area El Madronal in Costa Adeje and is only 800 meters away from the XSur shopping centre. The villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout and is fully air-conditioned. The stunning pool area is fitted with artificial grass, patio furniture and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
Enter the property into the cosy lounge/dining area, including a sofa with TV and a dining table for 6, perfect for home cooked meals. The fully equipped kitchen area holds a breakfast bar, utility room and patio doors leading to the pool terrace. All bedrooms are located upstairs and are comfortably furnished, fully air-conditioned and each have its own private balcony with excellent views! The staircase leading down to the lower level provides access to a small utility room with a washing machine.
The exterior of this 3 bedroom villa has a private heated pool with roman steps and a depth of 1.4 to 1.7 meters. The pool area has plenty of sun loungers, shower, BBQ and a shaded pergola with tables and chairs for “alfresco” style dining. This villa is perfect for a memorable holiday in Tenerife

The manager of this property lives nearby and is on hand in case of any unforeseen matters. This 3 bedroom villas to rent is located in the very popular beautiful area of Costa Adeje, only 800 meters from the huge Gran Sur shopping centre. There are two cafe bars and one supermarket just 200 meters from the villa. Bus services and taxis are available on the street on the corner where the cafe and supermarkets are. The Gran Sur shopping centre (centro commercial) has many shops, a large supermarket, bars, restaurants, banks, cinema and plenty of other amenities. The nearest beaches are Playa Del Duque, Fanabe and Puerto Colon all within 1.5 – 2 km of the property. Here you will find various activities available with numerous bars & restaurants, shops and arcades and plenty of other activities for you to explore. This is one of the most favoured destination for holiday makers in Tenerife. Siam Water Park is approx 2.5 km from the villa.

Straightforward process to book this villa, check in was easy, host communicated well and was quick to sort a problem for us. Villa was clean and comfortable, well equipped. Pool was small but perfect for cooling down. Location a bit out of town, but lovely walk down and taxi up!

The villa is absolutely beautiful, as expected from the pictures. It was very spacious for our family of four, and in a quiet area. A lot is provided for you in the kitchen especially! If you're looking for a relaxed and quiet stay, this is definitely a great place.The only issue we faced is the location. The shopping centre isn't as close as you expect (10-15 minutes downhill), but the villa is at the top of a very steep hill. Even without the warm temperatures, you absolutely need a car or taxi to bring a shop back.Added to that, there isn't much around there close enough. George's is the only restaurant within walking distance, and was average at best. There's a little supermarket over the road from there, which was helpful when we went to Daria's Bakery one morning.Thankfully we used Taxi Click and buses. They are all really cheap. The bus stop on Lisboa is a 5-10 minute walk downhill. They're every hour or so. We only had an issue getting a taxi one night. It's just under a ten minute drive to the centre, where you have everything, Taxis are about 6 each way, bus 1.50 everywhere. If you're happy with that like we were, it's fine.If you want access to restaurants/shops without a car, you're too far away, even from the few more local restaurants closer to the villa given the distance and the steep hill, especially for kids.The only disappointment with the villa was the pool's size. The water turned white costumes & shorts green, common in Tenerife apparently.
