Room was clean, tidy and comfortable at a very convenient location so we could visit all important sites on foot. Very good for a short stay and certainly value for money. If u know what u pay and don’t expect more, then this is a good and decent deal!!
Communication is poor as host does not speak English, however, we managed to do so through translator, even though our needs were overall met and have no complains. Its a budget room not a 5 star hotel./

Very good location, safe ,comfortable and quite, breakfast was good and the room was spacious and comfortable, very good bathroom and shower room.Its in the centre and has access to anywhere in Rome.

Location and morning staff
Sewer dwelling, communication with the owners, internet was very bad in the room and on the last night, the facility had some electrical alarm going til pastl midnight when finally owners came and after an hover disconnected it and we lost our sleep...
