The Grand White House - Private Villa

The scenic atmosphere ,pleasant environment and spacious gardens. Will plan for extended vacation next year.

The location was very peaceful and surrounded by trees and very spacious rooms and a garden. Very near to Periyar Tiger Reserve. The host was very helpful and cooked us food which was even more satisfactory. Perfect homestay for families.

It was good place to stay with family .. they prepared dishes what we ordered it's like homemade foods .. property is clean n neat I feel like own home .. pets are allowed n it's really worth

PROS: (1) Good Solar water heater (2) Spacious rooms (3) Good car parking facility. (4) Spacious kitchen - Suitable for self cooking provided if we carry groceries and cooking utensils with us.

The rooms should have dressing table and cabinets to keep the luggage's. We need to keep all the items including our wrist watch, car keys etc. on the floor only. The attached bath was not clean. The floors were dusty. We informed well in advance about our arrival. They had enough time to prepare the property for our stay. VERDICT: The property is really value for money if all the above cons are addressed. Travelers / Tourists coming from long distance need all this support. Over all I would recommend this place to all tourist as its a value for money package with full privacy. A big family of 10 - 15 people can easily stay. (Provided all the above cons are addressed)
