The rooms & toilets were clean.Rooms well decorated. All amenities available around hotel.
The property 15 kms away from Munnar town and hence not convenient. The spring beds in the rooms were sagged & low quality and caused back pain after sleeping on it. After booking with free cancellation, the hotel staff started calling immediately for 50% down payment for booking confirmation. They continued to call every day for early-payment eventhough the free cancellation date was much later. Limited space only available for parking.
