Rooms were neat and clean. Room amenities include Electric kettle, TV, tea bags, wifi. Food was great, but you need to order well in advance, they will reach out to take order. Staff were super helpful and polite.
Only thing we didn't like was the road leading to the Resort. Its narrow and bumpy, its kind of like an off road experience.

The room was tidy nice and well kept. Staff were friendly and responsive. Though the location is in the middle of tea estates, due to the large number of constructions around the view from the room isn't particularly great. But if you take a short stroll one could see a lot of beautiful scenic plantations. There is a beautiful sunrise point ( near to the mobile tower) less than 2km from the villa

The owner helped us with everything during our stay and wanted to ensure that we had a great time. The balcony is beautiful and has a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is food offered at the stay, which made it practical and we did not have to go search for food. Our jeep tour was arranged for us and it was incredible.
The food serving times is difficult, breakfast can only be served after 8:30 and dinner after 19:30.
The room was dusty and old soap stains in the soap holder.
There is no hot water from the shower, but on the faucet. If you want to shower with hot water, you have to fill the toilet bucket and use the mug to shower.
