    The location was very convenient, I brought my kids to chidren hospital just 7 mins walk. The hotel also has transportation to drop around voctory monument points. The facilities were impressive, including reliable hot water, clean both room and bathrooms. Overall, excellent value for money and I will come back again.

    The hotel is generally clean and spacious enough, theres a 7-eleven right beside the hotel, parking space is huge + complimentary snacks and drinks at lobby area, however location can be mistaken by Maps as its located right under a highway. Minus part would be the bathroom shower design could create water puddles as the flow runs directly towards the shower entrance* but overall a great stay indeed.

    While the stay itself was fine, the check-out process was a nightmare. We were charged for mysterious stains from a hotel-provided pen without any proof or a receipt. Because they suddenly stopped accepting cards, we had to rush to an ATM, nearly missing our flight. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation ended in unnecessary stress.

    Not too far from tourist attractions, conveniently located, with a hotel shuttle service available to nearby destinations. Staff friendly and good service.
