Comfortable, calm place to relax. Nice view.

The kitchen was not so well equipped.

Great Villa, Great location 6 minutes out of Skala, nice and quiet, road not too busy or loud. Really nice views morning and night. Villa is new and in general good condition with most facilities in place for comfortable stay. Pool really nice. Overall good value for money, would stop again with few tweaks.

Although these are not major things to concern individually these are worth mentioning for the owner and new visiting customers: - requested prior to arriving for cot and high chair, these were not provided until requested and turned up at 7.30pm. When they did arrive they were fine and adequate for our 18 month old. - the pool is great, but non-slip footwear advisable for kids as the tiling outside the pool area is slippy when wet. - showers in the apartment in both bedrooms are strange. The side screen is on the wrong side so it is impossible to have a shower without completely soaking the en suite (all over the toilet), the shower bracket at the top doesn't allow any movement so just sprays everywhere you have to take it down and hold it. - Whilst it is not a necessity, the villa had no standard complimentary items (Salt, pepper, oil etc.) So be aware you will have to bring or buy everything from a food perspective. Only complimentary items was hand soap and 2 x dishwasher tablets. - the oven is great, there is a tray / wire rack but no cooking trays or pans, therefore no way to cook anything. We had to buy foil and put on top of rack each time when cooking. - no BBQ coals / matches or lighters, have to buy these (we left our leftovers), the BBQ was also not cleaned out from previous guests so had to clean this ourselves before use.

Mooie villa met zwembad en prachtig uitzicht over zee.

Er is een walk in shower terwijl daar geen plek voor is. Dus hele badkamer en toilet nat na douchen. Cabine zou beter zijn. Er kwam in de hele week maar 1x iemand langs om schoon te maken, terwijl dat elke 3 dagen zou zijn. Het was vooral vervelend dat de bins met wc papier niet werden geleegd. Toen we dit aangaven bij de enquete, kregen wij als reactie van de verhuur agency dat we dit hadden moeten vragen.. Naar onze mening zou je als je papier niet door de wc kan spoelen, niet moeten vragen om deze bins regelmatig te legen en is de defensieve reactie een teken dat met deze feedback niets gedaan gaat worden.

my opinion is they started with a nice concept in their minds…

… however the execution and the whole villa needs improvement. the beds are uncomfortable, the pillows are like stones…plus the fact that we had a horrible night on Saturday as in the proximity is a club, so was very noisy… the shower was broken, no hot water… no shower gel… if you think that you will meet the Greek hospitality in this villa, forget about it! I was looking for a little bit of salt into the entire house and the answer of the guy handling the place is that I had to think about it… so I left them some salt, olive oil from a taverna in order to treat the next guests. maybe they are at their beginning of renting this villa, as everything is new… so new that they didn’t clean the windows properly… you could read the details from the construction period 😁… there is very weak 4G signal in the area and their wireless connection is not working.. so if you need to use internet, think twice! the balcony is having some metallic parts making a horrible noise if is raining… you can transfer directly in the Land of Oz waiting for the Tin Man to appear from a corner of the house 🥴… if is rusty from this year, what to expect for later… ithey came with a nice concept and they are having good intentions being preoccupied to solve things, however needs improvements to reach to a decent stay.
