Lovely villa great location luxury accommodation Nic was excellent will return

Beds not made up on fresh sheets day no cleaning as far as we could see But as we are not messy wasn't an issue for us

1. The villas were cery comfortable, well equipped and clean. 2. Very good that there were windows nets available, so we had protection against wasps and cats entering the house. 3. It was very nice to have welcoming set in the fridge and wines. Coffee was also available and everything you need for washing dishes or clothes.

1. In smaller villa (the last one on the hill) in one of the bedroom there are 2 windows missing curtains. One of the window is in front of the bed, so the sun is waking you up. This window is in the bathroom but as there are no doors, it is really disturbing. Second window is in the toilet but as doors are made of glass, it is the same problem - light is visible in the bedroom. We had to cover it with the towels. The curtains in the bedroom were very good but as I wrote - not enough due to other 2 windows. 2. The garden is not to nice due to missing plants. It was just grass in some places. If there would be more plants, trees it would be just a perfect place to sit. But there is area with the shadow so it was still fine to have good time in the area of the swmming pool. 3. There are a lot of wasps in area of the pool, so would be good to have something to scare them away but seems it is a problem difficult to solve.

Very new build. Excellent spacious rooms. Pool area very good. Will look great when the trees mature. Excellent kitchen including coffee machine.

No umbrellas for the sun beds. No BBQ due to risk of wildland fire. Minor point is lack of sauce pans and sharing platter dishes. We cooked quite a bit.
