We stayed in the family suite and it was so spacious with 3 bathrooms, really enjoyed the space as a family of 4. it was great!

The room was a nice size, well equipped, comfortable bed, quiet location, away from the busy area. Well designed, it felt very private and secluded.

We had some difficulty to access the property, however this was my mistake for not seeing the apartment name in booking. The subsequent email confirmed the lock code for all apartments which wasn’t clear. Hot water didn’t work in shower, we contacted the owner/mgr but they never responded. Pool wasn’t clean, didn’t use it as a result. Kitchen towels smelly. Overpriced for the quality and lack of attention to details.

Appartment was excellent, great view, and staff very helpful.

We found a number of pieces of glass on the patio, and near the pool. Also the location is not for anyone who has poor mobility, as the walk to and from the town centre is extremely steep, with climbs up and down. This fact was not stated on any information on the site.

I did enjoy the private pool, the bed was comfortable, and the sea in Skala is beautiful. If you're looking for a more authentic Greek experience, I’d recommend heading to the north of the island instead.

The photos of the flat are very misleading. You think you're booking a stylish, well-maintained property, but what you get is a place that’s trying to be something it no longer is—if it ever was. Maybe it was nice at the beginning and that’s when the pictures were taken. In reality, it feels a bit run-down and neglected, with stained cushions and weeds growing next to the private pool. As for the location, Skala doesn’t feel like real Greece. It’s packed with British tourists, and the whole village seems to have been tailored to cater to them. It feels artificial, like a mock Greek village designed for people who want to leave the UK without actually experiencing a different culture.
