Lots of different spaces to sleep in and relax . Perfect for a large, extended family group.
Very well appointed with everything that we needed. The pool table and dart board were a hit. Very clean and tidy with comfortable beds. A good place to explore the Wye Valley.
No flexibility on check in or check out time.
Lots of noise from traffic and pub.
We were given the wrong access code, waited for 20 mins on the phone trying to get through to Sykes when a kind neighbour saw us and helped by contacting the owner directly to get the correct code.
Back garden quite distant from the house with hundreds of water balloons scattered across the lawn and broken glass.

Location was great, home had everything we needed.
No effort made to decorate for Xmas. Didn't want much but could have put up a tree or something.

House is big so plenty of space and lots of bedroom options. Sky TV a bonus. Hosts very quick to respond and helpful
