ALSO THIS UNIT IS VERY PRIVATE BEING AN END UNIT IT SITS BY ITSELF IN THE WHOLE SOUTH BLOCK OF THE BUILDING SO YOU HAVE NO DIRECT NEIGHBORS..WHAT MAKES THIS UNIT UNIQUE IS THE WRAP AROUND 200 SQ FOOT BALCONY THAT IS HUGGGEEEE. this wonderful unit is located in the MOST REQUESTED Pinnacle Oceanfront Tower. The Pinnacle is a part of the larger resort with over 750 ft of ocean frontage, including the Compass Cove North Tower, where I also own/rent a 1BR
The number one resort in Myrtle beach. With over 23 pools and water features this resort is top rated family resort in area. Has 2 different indoor water park areas, Several hot tubs,3 different lazy rivers, 2 being indoor. a HUGE kids water park, , .. This resort has the largest pool deck in myrtle beach stretching across 720 ft of beach access. Once you visit this wonderful resort you will never want to visit another resort when visiting Myrtle Beach.
Rental Rules and Regulations
1)Check in 4pm
2) Check out 10am
3).Parking Passes are included. Approx 8-10 towel sets, Linens for all beds(beds are fully made also). As we all know , vrbo rentals(private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 8-10 towels sets instead of most rentals on here as most only offer 2-4 towel sets
4) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties.

Wonderful stay! Derrick was great!
We brought our daughter's best friend so I wasn't sure how the room set up was going to be but it worked out wonderful. The living room area had a Murphy bed and the couch pulled out as a full bed. My husband and I could still go out on the balcony and come back in our room without going in on their side so it was almost like we had two separate rooms. It worked out great beautiful views!!!
