Step into this spacious 1-bedroom condo, perfect for family enjoyment! The foyer leads to a unit featuring full-sized kitchen appliances and an expansive balcony with breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views, ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The in-unit kitchen includes a full-sized stove, microwave, and fridge for ultimate convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, swims in the pools, and dining at local restaurants! A short drive brings you to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many popular area attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping destinations are also a short drive away.
Getting Around:
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. Turo is also a great option.

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is permitted only in designated outside areas of the resort. Please do not smoke on the balcony, in the condo, or anywhere other than the designated smoking areas.
This is a personally owned condo, not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your own home. While we will do our best to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no one living on-site 24/7.
NOTE: The resort only allows dogs, not cats. A maximum of two dogs, each weighing no more than 25 lbs, are permitted.

Condo was nice, Some minor maintenance type issues but nothing serious. The check in process was overly intrusive. Great view!

Julie was quick to respond to the few questions we had, the condo was exactly as described.. we even extended our stay by 2 days. We would definitely come back and refer our friends.

Adorable little condo right on the beach. Perfect for myself, my husband and our little dog. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean. We were out there every morning and every evening.

So the hotel was pretty nice. Some things already broken. Light in bedroom and one in living room door handle on pantry.. just some things here and there. Sadly we didn't have TV the first night without remote that sucked and matience didn't come the next morning and we just had to go buy a remote. Then the elevators it's only one set in whole building so you have to wait forever literally to try to get elevator ride so might well walk all them steps. Location was good and she got bad to me quickly. The bad thing they send 50 emails back to back then push for a early check in or late check out to make money but the day before when tried the links didn't work and we literally pushed it to be out at 10am. Check outs used to be 11am. I tried few times to even pay 50-100 extra that's just wild to give little extra time with kids and dogs because of this we had to rush out the beach and leave because we couldn't leave our dogs in hot car. That is what was most upsetting i would say. I would possibly stay again if I didn't mind rushing out the next day and the elevator waits mostly. But the cleanness was very good!
