Welcome to your perfect Myrtle Beach getaway! This stunning open floor-plan, penthouse-level oceanfront condo offers unobstructed, panoramic beach views from two private balconies—including one off the primary bedroom for your own personal sunrise retreat. Both are perfect for sunrises, people-watching, and spotting the occasional dolphins! We are located in the recently updated dog-friendly Ocean Park Resort - if you stayed here over the years, it's worth checking out again, as the current ownership has upgraded the public spaces and keeps them spotless!

NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR YOUR DOGS! Ocean Park is one of the only resorts on the Grand Strand that allows dogs in short-term rentals. AND, we are possibly the only owner that offers this benefit at NO EXTRA CHARGE! Make sure your pup meets their rules, however (see below). There’s even an on-site dog groomer for extra pampering! We love taking Lulu there for a spa-day! NOTE: Ocean Park Resort is strict regarding their dogs-only policy (2 dogs maximum; 40 lbs. MAX each. NO "dangerous" breeds).
