Snuggle up in front of the flatscreen TV and watch your favorite show or use the free high-speed WiFi to find the nearest seafood restaurant. Or you might as well take advantage of all the amenities Ocean Park Resort has to offer, including an indoor hot tub, adult pool, and kiddie pool, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and more! Additional on-site services include FURlogy Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Had a great stay with our family. With everything going on these days it was still a great stay and will be back.

Property was great for the price and listing was as advertised. House was roomy and everyone enjoyed their stay. 2 pools and 2 hot tubs were a hit. Here are somethings they could improve on
- Cleanliness - While the property wasn’t “dirty”, it wasn’t clean either. Who ever cleaned it, did a shabby job.
- There were no big pots/ pans (or) a blender. So, cooking for a big family was somewhat of a challenge. Also, with out blender we couldn’t make mixed drinks. Kinda important for a beach house…
- Dishwasher was LOUD. It sounded as if you were standing next to an airplane engine.
