There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) We really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and when the battery died in our lock mechanism they were prompt, friendly and helpful! My son’s service animal is over 50 pounds and they were happy to let her stay. The air conditioning wasn’t working very well in the smaller unit but my son stayed on the murphy bed so we didn’t call to have it fixed. I’m sure the gentleman in maintenance would have been happy to fix it! The only 2 things that I would bring to your attention. I didn’t notice the weight limit for dogs and thankfully it’s a service animal and it was on, but if I had traveled with my big dogs and couldn’t stay there it would have been a disaster. Maybe just make that more obvious for booking. Also, on Monday morning at 9 am the cleaning team came in and started cleaning the room we didn’t use. Checkout is at 10, we left at 5am but my son was still there and checking out at 10 it made packing up for him uncomfortable. Thank you for everything!
