9th place Coastal Oasis

Everything was as stated and stay was perfect! Carl answered questions promptly and no issues at all. Great stay!

The hot tub was so nice, we used it everyday. The house was clean and clutter free. Plenty of beach towels. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Walmart market .5-1 mile walk. So nice to have laundry since we were there almost two weeks. Laundry detergent was not provided but I always bring my own anyway. We played tennis everyday. Sands park is driving distance with nice courts. We would stay again with our two dachshunds.

Great experience all the way around. The property was well-maintained both inside and out. Hot tub was great. All the amenities you would expect for the kitchen and bathrooms. Nicely decorated and welcoming. Most importantly the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

A big reason for choosing location was backyard pictures. It is not at all like the pictures. Back privacy fence does not exist and instead there is small sort of wooden open fence. Shrubs are all overgrown. Lack of chairs and seating has changed. Also kitchen lacked some basic things. Couch and kitchen table very uncomfortable. Hot tub was good at first but then half way through stay developed discoloration and odd smell. We were told it would be fixed within the next day or two but it was never fixed. Carl did initially respond really well and help us with a lot of issues, but after the hot tub, we did not really hear from him any more.
