9th place Coastal Oasis

Perfect size vacation rental. Very clean & comfortable with that homey feel. Host was very patient wth me on a couple issues. Nicely decorated.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, close to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was safe and friendly. My only critique is the rear fence in the back yard is not as it looks in the photo. It is now wood with large openings. Our small dog had to be watched after he "escaped" through the fence. Also, the cookware was scratched Teflon. Luckily I brought a few pieces of cookware of my own due our extended stay and my enjoyment in cooking. Carl was very responsive with any questions we had.

Everything was as stated and stay was perfect! Carl answered questions promptly and no issues at all. Great stay!

A big reason for choosing location was backyard pictures. It is not at all like the pictures. Back privacy fence does not exist and instead there is small sort of wooden open fence. Shrubs are all overgrown. Lack of chairs and seating has changed. Also kitchen lacked some basic things. Couch and kitchen table very uncomfortable. Hot tub was good at first but then half way through stay developed discoloration and odd smell. We were told it would be fixed within the next day or two but it was never fixed. Carl did initially respond really well and help us with a lot of issues, but after the hot tub, we did not really hear from him any more.
