Charming duplex in quiet SW Florida, near The Beach, shops, dining, and more!

Very close to shopping centers and fairly close to ft myers beach. Very clean neighborhood, friendly neighbors, the host was very responsive and even let me check in a little early after an incredibly long drive. Will definitely stay here again

Washer and dryer was an excellent amenity as well as the garage. The property was quite large and comfortable. David was easy to get ahold of, and was quite accommodating.

Our host was extremely accommodating to requests and helpful when we had questions or requests. The home was clean and as advertised and centrally located so we could get to most places in the area quickly. The neighbor was friendly and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the stay. I was traveling with my family for a wedding in town. Description and photos say there is a PlayStation and gaming chair…there isn’t. Since I was traveling with my kids, this was a reason we chose the place. Said there was a “Keurig style” coffee maker. It’s a 5 percolator from Walmart that doesn’t take k-cups. Master bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. The drain plugs from the tubs had been removed, so my toddler couldn’t take a bath. The neighbor’s (the owner) little dog barked and yapped ALL NIGHT AND ALL DAY. We were up all night for three nights because of it. There is a dishwasher, but all the plates and bowls provided aren’t dishwasher safe. Finally, the owner came knocking on the door 2 hours before checkout asking us if we’ll be out in time because he had a new renter coming in. After we said yes, he just hung out in the yard with his dog while we continued to pick up and get dressed, making us feel incredibly rushed to leave. Overall, I would not stay here again unless multiple changes were made, including removal of that dog.
