We spent 9 days over New Years here and everything was absolutely amazing! The house is equipped with everything you need, clean & spacious. The fenced yard is perfectly suitable for doggies and the neighborhood felt safe to go on walks. Carol is an amazing host and was available whenever we had questions (before during and even after).

Overall nice property. Decor kinda dated but clean and fresh.Would suggest not asking your guest to practically clean the whole house including wash and fold towels and leave the house as you found it and still charge a cleaning fee. We never leave properties a mess after staying but for the host to put in the rules to wash and fold towels and still charge a cleaning fee is ridiculous. Things like this will make us not rent here again. But we did as asked and left the home like we found it.
