Beach is super accessible. You can do horse-riding on the beach, ATV ride, find seashells or just stroll along the beach enjoying the breeze. other beaches in Kuantan are mostly too packed i.e. Telok Chempedak, Pantai Gelora, but here is kind of more serene.
the parking spot for the unit is nearer to Tower B, as compared to Tower A - but it's more or less about 6-7 parking lots away from Tower A entrance, walking distance still ;) since the parking area isn't that enormous

1. The host was polite and pleasant to deal with. Thank you so much Encik Ahmad! :)
2. The unit was very clean, tidy and nicely decorated.
3. Got Netflix and others, countless movies / drama to watch.
4. Pest free, which was awesome! Other units we stayed before got ants and little creepy crawlies which were bad.
5. Everything was functioning well.
1. Not exactly a sea view unit.
2. Just a small vanity mirror provided in the room. Big mirror was in the bathroom only.
3. The tabletop iron board was inconvenient to use, as there was no table with a nearby plug.
4. Quite slow wi-fi, a little inconvenient for work with a laptop.
5. The host should provide wi-fi username and password in text, instead of a QR code, for use of a laptop, not just a handphone.
