the pool, surrounding of beach and nearby walking distance shops and local restaurants
- bedroom should include fan for better air ventilation - water heater stand can be replaced to new one as the existing is bent. - instant/ 3-in-1 coffee/ snack & maggi cup can be place and sell inside the unit. Its a bonus if they can provide this as compliment for the stays. (small effort big welcoming effect)
