1. Great location close to the beach. 2. A large swimming pool and a beautiful view of the beach. 3. Easy car parking.
The cleanliness of the house is not maintained properly 1. Dust in the furniture area is not wiped off 2. The air conditioner filter is not maintained so the air conditioner does not work properly. 3. Water pooling on the balcony coffee table. 4. Bird droppings on the balcony are not cleaned. 5. Leaking toilet bidet not changed.
