Everything about this stay was amazing from start to finish! The check-in process was super smooth. The host was incredibly friendly, very helpful, and always responded quickly whenever we had any questions. They also sent a detailed check-in guide about 5 hours before check-in, so everything was clear and hassle-free. Having a reserved parking spot was a huge plus, and collecting the keys from the mailbox was quick and easy. The property itself was spotless, well maintained, and had a beautiful view that made the stay even more relaxing. The bathroom came with shower gel and shampoo, although disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste weren't provided. We also appreciated the complimentary Kopiko coffee sachets and mini bottles of mineral water, which was a thoughtful touch. The facilities were excellent too. Everything we needed was provided, including an iron, hairdryer, sejadah, and a water heater that worked perfectly. The highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool and the direct beach access right in front of the property. It was such a peaceful and enjoyable place to unwind. We had a wonderful experience staying here and honestly didn't want to leave! Definitely one of the best stays we've had, and we'd happily come back again. Highly recommended!

The only downside was that we couldn't watch Netflix during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. But honestly, the host really tried her best to help us. She was super responsive and even arranged for the maintenance guy to come, but unfortunately he couldn't make it while we were there. So it wasn't really the host's fault. We really appreciate her effort and how quickly she responded throughout. Hopefully the Netflix issue can be fixed for future guests, because everything else about the stay was great!
