Location was fantastic! The house was nice but just needed a deep cleaning inside and out. The property had trash and food all over outside and floors were dirty. I let the manager know about trash and a leak under the sink. They responded quickly about the sink but said nothing about the trash. The sheets and comforter in master bedroom were too small for the king bed. We had to wash almost all the dishes/utensils before we used them.

The inside was lovely and very roomy. However the outside was a mess there was a water pool that never went away, and the surrounding area and homes had hurricane damage and it looked like no one was attempting any repairs. My suggestion is to take it off the market for a couple of months or until you see workers addressing the damage.
