The bedroom setup includes a primary bedroom with king bed, private bath, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower; a guest bedroom with queen bed; a guest bedroom with two queen-over-queen bunk beds plus a full-size trundle; and an additional family room sleeping option with a full-size sleeper sofa.
Outside, guests can enjoy the enclosed lanai, outdoor seating, dining space, grill, café lights, fire table, and a comfortable covered area beneath the home for relaxing after beach days or time on the water.
Bonita Beach is nearby, and beach access is public. Some local beaches, dining, rentals, and waterfront activities may be walkable or a short drive depending on the destination, weather, and guest preference.
