Appartamento sul mare Nettuno

Klucze otrzymaliśmy od Consuelo, która była bardzo pomocna i uprzejma. Apartament znajduje się na drugim piętrze, a w budynku dostępna jest winda. Do plaży można dojść w około 4 minuty, natomiast spacer do centrum zajmuje około 10 minut. W pobliżu znajduje się bezpłatny parking publiczny, a nam udało się zaparkować samochód bezpośrednio przed wejściem do budynku. Apartament jest bardzo komfortowy. W każdym pomieszczeniu znajduje się klimatyzacja, łóżka są wygodne, a okolica cicha i bezpieczna. W pobliżu znajdują się sklepy oraz pizzeria. Do dyspozycji gości jest duża lodówka, ręczniki, kosmetyki pod prysznic oraz pralka umieszczona na balkonie. Dużym atutem było również szybkie i stabilne Wi-Fi. Szczególnie polubiliśmy balkon. Każdego ranka siadałem tam z kubkiem miętowej herbaty i książką, a wieczorami całą rodziną spędzaliśmy tam czas, ciesząc się spokojną atmosferą. Chętnie korzystaliśmy również z dostępnego na miejscu ekspresu do kawy. Mieszkanie zostało urządzone z dużą dbałością o detale. Widać, że właściciele zadbali zarówno o komfort gości, jak i estetykę wnętrza. Bardzo dobrze wspominamy pobyt i z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy tu ponownie.

The location is perfect, if you want to be close to the beach. It's just a 3 minutes walk from the Nettuno beach. The beach itself is very nice, warm water, soft sand, perfect for smaller children and adults alike. However if you are planning more than a beach holiday and hope for having things to do in town, Nettuno is not right place for that. there is nothing to do really, apart from going to the beach and it is 1.5 hours train ride from Rome. All 3 rooms have air-conditioning, which was extremely useful in this summer heat. Just a 3 minute walk from the apartment there is a great pizza place Pizza Napulitana. I would recommend it to anyone. Best pizza we ever had.

The shower pressure is pretty low, so we struggled a bit with that, especially after coming back from the beach and needing a quick shower. This is not something the apartment owner can fix, as it is down to "pipes" in the building I believe, but it's good to be aware of. The washing machine and dryer come with a charge of 10 Euros per day, so they are not included in the apartment price or into the Facilities really, as it is an additional service. We preferred not to pay for this. The second bedroom doesn't actually have a Double/Twin bed, but it is furnished more like a Kids room with an Ikea like SLÄKT Bed frame w/pull-out bed + storage, white, Twin. So it's a single bed and has a drawer that pulls out another single mattress, which allows for one kid to sleep higher and the other lower/on the ground. The walls in the apartment could use a repaint as they show signs of wearing probably from the guests who stayed there for the last 2 years, when the apartment was built and the photos were taken.

Plašs, ērts dzīvoklis jaunā mājā. Pludmale 200 m. Centrs 10 min ar kājām. Dzīvoklis skaisti iekārtots. Ļoti tīrs. Ir viss nepieciešamais. Liels balkons. Daudz vietas kur novietot bez maksas auto. Laipna sagaidīšana un ātra iekļūšana apartamentos. Ja jums garšo gaļa - ļoti iesaku Bisteccheria Maccaroni Grill House, kas atrodas 200 metru attālumā. Milzīgas porcijas, garšīgi un saprātīga cena. Lieliska vieta.
