Very happy on a whole. Communication was good with the host.
Very close to the centre. Very comfortable master bedroom
The carpet on the stairs in the building was not attached to the floor and really uneven and dangerous to walk down. Also no hairdryer

Beautiful place, commutation need work
The property was fantastic. It reminded me if the 1920 where a wealthy person would have lived. The apartment was in walking distance to everything.
I wish the owner would have told me the 3rd toilet was in the kitchen and not in the bedroom. (In the bedroom was a shower and sink). We were getting upset since 3 full bathrooms were advertised Once there I requested to check in early but never received a response over Booking.com and I messaged separately and received no response. We finally took it upon ourselves to go to the apartment at 1515 and it was available. Normal check in time was 1600 but walking around Strasbourg with a backpack is not fun especially with the Christmas markets being crowded. The email notification that was sent over Booking.com had the wrong WiFi password. I went to my email that was sent and the correct password was given in that email.

Did not stay
The property did not have AC and there was heat wave in Strasbourg, so I requested a cancellation. The host did not agree to cancel even if I requested them to cancel 15 minutes after I finished the booking. I did not stay at the location.
